Documents Required

To avoid delays when lodging the visa application should include the following:

1. Completed and signed visa application form
   
2. Correct visa application and visa fee
   
3. Passport ¨C Valid for at least 6 Months with at least one completely blank page
   
4. Photocopy of the passport (Photo Page)
   
5. Previous passport (if any)
   
6. Two recent photographs(The frame size must be at least 35 mm X 45 mm, taken within the previous 6 months, preferably with white background)
   
7. Other supporting documents required as per visa categories and checklist
